Terms of use

These terms cover the OMS Collective exam website, the practice exams on it, and the free study guides offered on it. By using the site or buying an exam, you agree to them.

Your license

Buying an exam gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation. You can use it on your own devices, one login at a time. Single exams include lifetime access for as long as the site runs.

You may not share, sell or post your login details (checkout email and receipt number) or backup key, let someone else use it, or use it to give a study group or class access.

All questions, answer explanations, original illustrations, diagrams, study guides and the design of this site are original works owned by OMS Collective and protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Images credited to other creators are used under their stated licenses.

Without written permission you may not copy, screenshot in bulk, screen record, reprint, translate, resell, or upload any of this content to other websites, file-sharing services, group chats or AI tools, or use it to build another question bank.

Acceptable use

Don't try to get around the purchase check, scrape or download the exam files, or interfere with the site. Access that's shared or misused can be turned off without a refund.

Purchases and refunds

Exams are sold on this site, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. OMS Collective never sees or stores your card details. If a purchase is refunded, its access is turned off. For a problem with a purchase, email [email protected] and include the email you used at checkout. Buyers from before the website checkout can keep using the key they were given.

Privacy

The site keeps only what the exams need to work:

  • Your checkout email, your Stripe receipt number and a backup key for each purchase, so you can restore your exams on another device. Stripe shares these with us when you pay.
  • A random ID for each browser you log in from, so only one login per purchase is active at a time and unusual sharing can be spotted.
  • Your answers, flags, highlights and timing for each block, so your progress follows you between devices, along with the scores of your earlier attempts.
  • If you download the free study guides, the email you enter and whether you asked for updates about new guides and exams. You can ask to be removed at any time.
  • The score for each block you finish, which shows which topics students struggle with so the questions can be improved. Free sample scores are stored with only the random device ID.

Your browser also keeps this information in its local storage on your device. There are no ads, tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site, and your information isn't sold or shared. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles basic request data such as IP addresses to run and protect the site. To have your saved progress, scores or email deleted, email [email protected] with your checkout email.

OMS Collective is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBME, the American Dental Association, the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations or any school or residency program. Exam names are used only to describe what the material prepares you for, and they belong to their owners.

Questions are written in the style of board exams, but no particular score on a real exam is promised. The content is for studying only and is not medical or dental advice. The site and its content are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, OMS Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
